Smashbox BB Cream and Smashbox Brow Tech To Go
The beauty product I won't be able to live without this NZ Fashion Week is the Smashbox BB cream. It's so effortless to put on and the result is flawless. Also the Smashbox Brow Tech To Go makes brows look strong and clean. It's so easy to use, which is ideal when you need to be camera ready among all the madness of Fashion Week!

Clinique High Impact Extreme Volume Mascara
Being someone who isn't genetically blessed in the eyelash (or eyebrow) department, I have used several different kinds of mascara. The best one I've come across is Clinique's High Impact Extreme Volume Mascara. It comes in this shiny silver tube (I'm a sucker for packaging so that sways me) and I know it sounds cliche but it really does give volume and length.

Kerastase Baume Double Je & L'Oreal Tecniart hair product Fix Design
For us at Bettjemans, Fashion Week involves an early start and a huge prep on 30 models for Trelise Cooper. I get one chance to do something with my hair very early in the morning and it has to last all day and night.

Kerastase has just released Baume Double Je. I apply this medium-hold styling balm to my freshly washed hair and when it dries naturally or with a blast from the dryer it stays in place all day. I love the flexible low-sheen hold and can run my hands through it to get it back into shape ... when I'm not tearing it out! If all else fails I reach for my all-time favourite Tecniart hair product, Fix Design by L'Oreal Professionnel, which will lock my hair into place no matter how hectic backstage gets.

M.A.C Fix+Spray
A few spritzes of this refreshing spray in the morning before moisturiser helps to wake you up and seal the moisture into your skin, and throughout the day helps to keep you feeling fresh.

JULIETTE HOGAN, designer
M.A.C's Strobe Cream & Prep + Prime Natural Radiance
My "can't live without" products are a combination of M.A.C's Strobe liquid and Natural Radiance in Radiant Pink. It creates an incredibly radiant base that wears so well all day. Perfect for those long hours during Fashion Week!

KIEKIE STANNERS, M.A.C national artist
M.A.C Pro Longwear Compact Foundation
I can put it on first thing in the morning and it will stay put for 10 hours throughout the day - no matter how much running around backstage I do or how hectic it gets! It's fast and easy to apply, perfect for touch-ups and creates a smooth, airbrush finish to the skin - just in case photographers catch me backstage.

Bite Beauty luminous creme lipstick in "Pomegranate''.
Red lippy is like a go-to accessory at fashion week. I've recently discovered Bite Beauty's luminous creme lipstick in "pomegranate'': a rich, ruby red with a creamy finish. It's all natural (you can actually eat it) gluten-free, and contains beneficial plant oils and antioxidants.

Haze by Evo
I've always had really thick, big, wild hair. Just like my Mediterranean mother. I like to make an entrance, so most of the time, I want to make it even bigger, thicker and wilder than what my mama gave me. So I always carry around Haze by Evo, a volumising and texturising powder. It's a wonder product that creates masses of oomph, as well as absorbs excess oils on the run.

AMANDA LINNELL, Viva editor,
Haircut at Ryder Salon.
I can get through Fashion Week knowing that I've had my hair cut and coloured by Greg Murrell at Ryder Salon. He has been doing my hair on-and-off for decades - and always gets it just right. Modern, fresh and easy to manage.
