Barbie Is Finally a 'Real Woman'

1. After years of criticism over Barbie's unrealistic figure, retailer Mattel has debuted the biggest change in the doll's 57-year history: releasing three new body shapes - tall, curvy and petite - as well as seven skin tones, 24 hairstyles and 22 eye colours. The new range was announced on the cover Time magazine, nonetheless.

2. Clothing giant H&M plans to open more than one store per day this year (including New Zealand's first store in Auckland), as brand executives eye a 10 to 15 per cent annual growth in physical stores.

3. The former couture house of Yves Saint Laurent will be open to the public for the first time as part of new exhibition celebrating the late designer's work. Original sketches, prototypes, more than 5000 haute couture garments and 15,000 accessories will be displayed at the Paris address.

4. Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, FKA Twigs and Abbey Lee Kershaw all feature in the latest Calvin Klein campaign, which was shot by filmmaker and photographer Tyrone Lebon. Watch the video here:
