The Great New Zealand Toastie Tour
The Great New Zealand Toastie Tour melts its way onto menus this month with 20 cafes and food outlets serving up their signature cheese toastie with help from McClure's Pickles and Coffee Supreme. The Fed's going with gruyere, swiss and pickles and Devonport's Vondel is satisfying vegans with plant-based cheese and vegan pastrami. Easy, cheesy, beautiful.

Maureen Lauder Exhibition
For her new exhibition Flat-Pack Whakapapa, Maureen Lander has created three installations exploring the connection between whakapapa and raranga (Maori weaving). The artist will give an artist talk this Saturday ahead of the exhibition opening at 4pm.

Power Jacket Exhibition at Lake House Arts

The show includes a range of female creatives who have created a jacket design to commemorate the upcoming 125th anniversary of women's suffrage in New Zealand. 50 per cent of the gallery takings will go towards Women's Refuge New Zealand.
