1. Revisit the fantastic fashion documentary Dior and I, screening at Silo Park on Friday night. The much-loved film, which follows Raf Simons as he creates his first collection for the French fashion house, also marks the launch of 10 Days of Fashion in the City. 2. A visit to the Pop-up Globe in Auckland is a must – head along this weekend for a guided tour on Saturday or Sunday's performance of Henry V. Read about the costumes featured in the performances.

3. Grab a bargain at the Topshop, Topman and Barkers sale, at Flying Fish Studio on Ponsonby Rd. Featuring discounted samples, seconds and end-of-lines, the sale opens on Friday and runs until Sunday, 10am-5pm each day.

4. Nearby in Arch Hill is the must-visit Penny Sage and Sherie Muijs studio sale on Saturday, with samples, fabric, archive and one-off pieces from the two designers. 10am-5pm, 6a Kirk St. Cash only.

5. It's the last Anno Domini rooftop party at the Auckland Art Gallery, with DJs performing from 2.30pm, drinks by Mea Culpa and food from Coco's Cantina. Read more about Anno Domini.

6. Last weekend the Auckland Polo Grounds hosted the Land Rover NZ Polo Open, this Sunday it's the Clevedon Jazz Wine & Food Festival. Expect performances from Nathan Haines, Phil Broadhurst and more, plus local wines, craft beer and artisanal food.

7. Enjoy a fun afternoon of Latin American music, dance, culture and food at the Rice and Beans Festival at Silo Park on Saturday (12-6pm). Featuring performances from Latinaotearoa and more, there will also be markets and street food.
