Billy Apple, Two Minutes 33 Seconds.

New Zealand artist Billy Apple was there for the birth of pop art, helped to pioneer conceptural art and exhibited alongside Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein in New York in the 70s, and testing the boundaries between art, branding and lately, biomedicine. The Auckland Art Gallery is exhibiting a retrospective, the largest most comprehensive exhibition of his career.
