Zambesi's Designer Cocktail Recipe

To celebrate The Marr Factory 2015, Bombay Sapphire brand ambassador Chase Bickerton has created a series of bespoke cocktails inspired by each designer’s collection. Each will be available at the designer's show throughout the week - but you can replicate them at home with Chase's recipes.

ZAMBESI'S 'ALI FIZZ'
"The Zambesi collection has an active feel to it; alive, confident and fresh. Elegant, balancing revealed skin with boxing drapery, and an athletic confidence with soft velvets and shine. To complement the vibrant feel, the lead botanical of coriander seed in the Ali Fizz lends bright, fresh flavours of candied ginger, lemon and sage."

Ingredients

  • 40ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 20ml Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 15ml Meyer lemon
  • 7.5ml runny honey
  • Egg white
  • Splash of soda

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients super hard and strain into flute.
  2. Charge with a splash of soda and garnish with sage and pineapple.
  3. Garnish with a sage sprig and pineapple wedge.
