Daily Bread
Everything at Daily Bread is prepared with the utmost care, including their breads, made with a 600-year-old sourdough starter. It's owned by the team behind Orphans Kitchen and is in line with the impeccable ethics they've become known for: Their flour is locally grown, their yeast natural, their coffee organic, plus there's a strong focus on minimising waste.

Pasture
If you're brunching at home this weekend, swing by Pasture and pick up a loaf of their sourdough, which is made with just three ingredients and local grains. Viva writer Rosie Herdman is a fan and highly recommends serving it with a poached egg, hot smoked salmon and watercress on the side with a drizzle of good olive oil.
