After giving an inspiring speech upon receiving the Cecil B. DeMille award, the first black woman to do so at the Golden Globes, Oprah Winfrey poses in the press room wearing an elegant Atelier Versace gown.

"I want all the girls watching here, now, to know that a new day is on the horizon!" she said in her moving speech. "And when that new day finally dawns, it will be because of a lot of magnificent women, many of whom are right here in this room tonight, and some pretty phenomenal men, fighting hard to make sure that they become the leaders who take us to the time when nobody ever has to say 'Me too' again."

The president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Meher Tatna was one of the few women not wearing black at the Golden Globes - instead, choosing this beautiful red embroidered look.

Wearing a Time's Up pin in support of the movement, she explained that her decision was cultural.

"My mum and I planned this together a couple of months ago, it is a cultural thing. When you have a celebration, you don't wear black. So she would be appalled if I were to [have] worn black. And so this is for my mum."

A standout look from the Golden Globes was Tracee Ellis Ross wearing Marc Jacobs Spring 2018.

"I wear black today as a 'we' not as an 'I', as a celebration of our collective power as women, as an embodiment of sisterhood, solidarity and the work being done to create structural change," she explained of her outfit.

"We wear black for equity, parity and inclusion across all industries. We wear black to join with the voices of ALL women, particularly women of color, LGBTQX women, disabled women and all other women who have been disproportionately affected by sexual violence. Time's Up on discrimination, harassment and abuse."
