4. International Women's Day Fundraising Event
Wellington's City Gallery is holding a fundraising event in collaboration with the UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand this Friday. Women including ActionStation director Marianne Elliott, poet Hera Lindsay Bird, theatre director Nina Nawalowalo, curator Claire Regnault and actor and director Madeleine Sami will respond to their favourite photograph in the Cindy Sherman exhibition. $10 from every ticket sold supports the UN Women's projects to end violence against women and girls in the Pacific.
