• Grace Bentley is bursting onto the Auckland theatre scene with her debut solo show Woman of Citrus at the Basement Theatre. The zesty work is made up of movement, rhyming words, and character comedy, and focuses on Ghanaian-Pakeha Grace's mixed-race heritage and growing up in the small town of Kerikeri. The show is said to open up conversations on cultural appropriation in New Zealand and leave audiences feeling empowered. Also, the stage will be covered in lush greenery. MUSIC 

• The New Zealand music industry will band together this weekend in support of Christchurch. The You Are Us concerts taking place in Auckland this Saturday at Spark Arena (Christchurch on April 17) will donate all proceeds from ticket sales to Our People, Our City fund which was set up by the Christchurch Foundation helping those affected by the Christchurch terror attacks. • Philadelphia-based critically acclaimed musician Kurt Vile will rock two shows at The Powerstation, with an additional show added at The Tuning Fork on Friday. You had to be in quick though, both have sold out!

• Crate diggers will want to get along to Marbecks' epic Record Store Day with exclusive deals, vinyl specials and discounts in store.
