Luxury Bliss Balls Recipe
These healthy bliss balls are the perfect mid-afternoon snack for a rumbling tummy
You can’t go on Escape Haven's Luxe Retreat without having their bliss balls, perfect for that rumbling tummy mid-afternoon. I confess to having my fair share and more — one is never enough.
LUXURY BLISS BALLS
2 cups walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup desiccated coconut
⅔ cup cacao
8 fresh dates, chopped roughly
⅓ cup water
Pinch of salt
1. Into a processor place the walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, cacao, dates, water and salt. Blitz until crushed and holding together.
2. Roll into walnuts-sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
