Chorizo Skewers Recipe with Ciabatta and Potato

CHORIZO SKEWERS RECIPE WITH CIABATTA AND POTATO
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 12 baby potatoes, boiled
• Salt and pepper
• 2 chorizo sticks, cut into 6 slices
• 12 semi-dried tomatoes
• 12 coriander leaves
• 12 ciabatta croutons
• Olive oil to drizzle
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Add the potatoes and toss until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan. Add the sliced chorizo to pan and toss until browned. Remove.
2. Onto a skewer place a tomato, coriander leaf, potato, piece of chorizo and crouton.
3. Repeat with the remainder until you have made 12. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.Share this:
