You can craft your own gourmet bowl, whether it be with aged cheddar and chorizo or blue cheese, smoked bacon, apple and walnut ($14). If you're feeling especially decadent, go for the lobster mac 'n' cheese ($50), which comes with a fresh crayfish tail, black caviar, wild Atlantic salmon roe, lemon dill and chive chevre goat’s cheese, and truffled creme fraiche.
