Johnny Barr's has its own gourmet menu dedicated to this tasty pasta dish. You can craft your own gourmet bowl, whether it be with aged cheddar and chorizo or blue cheese, smoked bacon, apple and walnut ($14). If you're feeling especially decadent, go for the lobster mac 'n' cheese ($50), which comes with a fresh crayfish tail, black caviar, wild Atlantic salmon roe, lemon dill and chive chevre goat’s cheese, and truffled creme fraiche.
