Les Saintes Punch Recipe

Rum, passionfruit and pineapple headline this spiced tropical punch

Makes 1 litre (about 7 drinks)

300ml gold rum
200ml elderflower liqueur
100ml Shott passionfruit syrup
100ml lime juice
300ml pineapple juice

To garnish

Pineapple wedges
Lime wheels
Pink peppercorns
Freshly grated nutmeg
Star anise

1. Add all ingredients to a punch bowl, then add plenty of ice.

2. Garnish the top like a cake — it needs to look beautiful.

3. Serve in a glass filled with ice and add extra garnish.
