Acme Pop-Up at Culprit 
Renowned Sydney restaurant Acme will take over Culprit for a one night only pop-up. Co-owner Mitch Orr's nine-course menu will focus on modern Italian pasta dishes such as pig's head macaroni with smoked egg yolk. Natural and organic wine will be served.

Japnese Degustation at Uxbridge
In a first of this series of introducing great chefs to Howick, Toshiyuki Nakanishi of Masu will serve a five-course Japanese inspired degustation including a sushi and sashimi platter and braised wagyu beef at the independent arts and culture venue Uxbridge.

The Cult Project at Culprit 
The Cult Project's Carlo Buenaventura will treat diners to his Filipino cuisine and heritage in a three-course sharing menu at Culprit. The co-owner and chef of this low waste and unique pop-up initiative will cook recipes passed down from his family referencing an old south Philippines style of eating "SuTuKil" (Grill, boiled, pickled) with a contemporary New Zealand spin.

Indian Street Food at Homestead
Homestead is throwing a Varanasi street food feast to celebrate artist Anna Crichton's latest exhibition inspired by her travels to India, which is on show at Pah Homestead. Live Indian music will get the vibe going and diners will take home a screen-dyed napkin made by Anna.
