With an authentic Italian menu and two passionate chefs at the helm, new restaurant Monzu has moved into Merediths’ former spot on Dominion Rd. Owned by Gaetano Spinosa (O’Sarracino), pictured, and Flavia Nascimento (who has worked alongside him for 10 years), the menu echoes the simple yet delectable flavours of Gaetano’s childhood in Napoli. When we visited, bookings were rolling in — hear what Jesse Mulligan has to say in his review next week.
