Wearing an Iris van Herpen gown, Cara Delevingne kept her beauty look just as striking for the Valerian and The City of a Thousand Planets premiere in L.A.

Makeup artist Molly Stern described the overall look as a romantic robot, with hairstylist Mara Roszak calling her fingerwaves a "hair sculpture".

"It takes patience to get perfect but is so worth the process," she wrote on Instagram. "I wanted the piece to feel like a kind of armor, like a shining helmet over her shaved head."

At the Berlin premiere of Atomic Blonde, actress Sofia Boutella teamed her Chanel dress with the ultimate top knot.

Her makeup artist Kelly Cornwell used a touch of purple mascara from YSL Beauty and a barely there shade of lipstick using M.A.C's pinky-rose 'Kinda Sexy'.
