Vogel's Gluten Free Health Bites

Kate van der Fluit from online store Dead Man Vintage shares her delicious Smorrebrod with a twist, using Vogel's new Gluten Free hamburger buns

Topping One:
Coconut oil
Cucumber
Tinned sardines (King Oscar in olive oil)
Horseradish
Tobasco sauce
Fresh dill

1. Spread a layer of coconut oil on your pre-toasted Vogel's Gluten Free bun
2. Layer with thinly sliced cucumber
3. Add a few sardines and a dollop of horseradish
4. Finish with a sprinkle of tobasco sauce and fresh dill

Topping Two:
Creamy blue cheese
Lurpak danish butter
Pears ripe enough to thinly slice
Hazelnuts
Rocket

1. Spread a layer of Lurpak danish butter onto your pre-toasted Vogel's Gluten Free bun
2. Slice some creamy blue cheese and layer this with thinly sliced ripe pears
3. Sprinkle on a few chopped hazlenuts
4. Finish with a sprinkle of rocket salad
